Returns & Refunds Policy- Send It Motorsport

At Send It Motorsport (operated by Revive and Drive S.R.L.) we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights, our obligations, and the step-by-step process for returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
All prices displayed on our website include 21% VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
1. Right of Withdrawal. Change of Mind (Consumers Only)
If you are a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession), you have the statutory right to withdraw from the distance sales contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the last item from your order.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal You must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by sending an unequivocal statement to us via:

We recommend including your order number, full name, delivery address, and the products you wish to return.
Return deadline and conditions After notifying us, you must return the products within another 14 calendar days.
Products must be returned:
- In their original condition (unused, with all labels, tags, original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact)
- In the same state as received
- Using the return method or courier service we specify (we will provide clear instructions, including return address and any prepaid label if applicable)
Return shipping costs
- For change-of-mind returns, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item delivered, defective product, non-conformity), we cover the return shipping costs (we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable costs upon proof of shipment).
Exceptions – non-returnable items You do not have the right to withdraw (change of mind) for the following types of products:
- Custom-made or personalised items (e.g. engraved parts, custom ECU tunes, bespoke modifications)
- Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g. helmets, gloves, racing underwear, fluids, oil/air filters after use)
- Digital content or services (if you started downloading, streaming or using them with your prior express consent and waived the right of withdrawal)
2. Faulty, Damaged or Non-Conforming Products (Legal & Manufacturer Warranty)
All products sold on senditmotorsport.com benefit from the legal warranty of conformity under Romanian law:
- 2 years for new products
- 1 year for second-hand products (unless otherwise explicitly agreed)
For products with additional manufacturer warranty (e.g. performance brakes, suspension kits, electronics, turbo components), you will receive a warranty certificate upon delivery containing:
- Warranty duration
- Coverage conditions
- Manufacturer or supplier contact details
What the warranty covers Manufacturing defects and non-conformity with the specifications described on our website.
What the warranty does not cover Damage caused by:
- Improper installation, mounting or use
- Misuse, accident, racing/abuse beyond intended purpose
- Unauthorised tuning or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Negligence or failure to follow manufacturer instructions
How to make a warranty or non-conformity claim
1. Contact us within the warranty period using the contact details in section 1 above.
2. Provide the following:
o Proof of purchase (order number / invoice)
o Photos or video clearly showing the defect
o Warranty certificate (if applicable)
o Detailed description of the issue
3. Return the product for inspection (we will cover return shipping costs if the claim is valid).
We will then repair, replace, reduce the price, or refund the product (at our discretion) in accordance with legal requirements and manufacturer policy.
Resolution timeframe: up to 30 calendar days (depending on the nature of the issue and required cooperation).
3. Returns Procedure. Step-by-Step

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (especially for defective/non-conforming items).
3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions (including return address, any prepaid label if we cover shipping, and packaging guidelines).
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging (or equivalent safe packaging).
5. Ship the product back using the specified method/courier.
6. Keep proof of shipment (tracking number), we recommend insuring valuable returns.

4. Refunds. How and When You Get Your Money Back
Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify they meet our return conditions (original condition, complete, unused unless defective):
- We will refund the full amount paid for the product(s) (including standard delivery costs if the return covers the entire order).
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
o Card payments → refunded to the original card via Stripe
o Cash on delivery → refunded by bank transfer (provide your IBAN)
o Bank transfer → refunded to the original account
Refund timing
- For change-of-mind returns: within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned goods (or proof of shipment).
- For faulty/non-conforming products: as soon as possible, and within legal deadlines (usually 14 days).
Important notes on refunds
- If a discount code or promotion was used, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the original discounted amount.
- We are not responsible for bank fees (e.g. currency conversion, international transfer fees).
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned items.
5. Important Notes & Exceptions
- Used or installed products: Most performance parts (e.g. brakes, suspension, exhausts) cannot be returned once installed or used due to safety and hygiene reasons.
- Custom orders: Custom or personalised products are generally non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.
- Shipping damage: Inspect the parcel upon delivery. If damaged, note it on the courier’s delivery receipt and contact us immediately with photos.
- Non-returnable items: See section 1 above (exceptions to right of withdrawal).
